Rick Kenney

Rick is Head of Consumer Insights at Salesforce and a thought leader on data-driven retail trends. Rick spearheaded the Salesforce Shopping Index and pioneered Commerce Cloud’s benchmarking practice, which identifies growth opportunities for clients, while working within the Retail Practice team as Director of Strategic Initiatives and Regional Director of Customer Success. Rick joined the business from e-Dialog (now Zeta Interactive) where he led a portfolio of enterprise retail and media client engagements, and specialized in email contact strategy. Rick holds dual BS degrees from Boston College and an MBA from Babson College.
