Lindsey Finch

Lindsey Finch is Salesforce’s Executive Vice President, Global Privacy and Product Legal. In this role, Lindsey leads Salesforce’s global privacy program and product legal and cybersecurity legal functions, including developing and implementing Salesforce’s privacy policies and practices, training employees on their privacy responsibilities, working with Salesforce’s customers on their privacy and data protection concerns, collaborating with Salesforce’s Government Affairs team on privacy-related policy matters and regulatory engagement, and partnering with Salesforce’s product and technology team regarding a wide variety of legal issues.

A practicing attorney and Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP), Lindsey reports directly to Salesforce’s General Counsel. Prior to joining Salesforce in 2008, Lindsey was Privacy Counsel at General Electric. Before and during law school, Lindsey worked on privacy-related issues at the U.S. Federal Trade Commission and the U.S. Department of Homeland Security.

Lindsey received her Juris Doctor from American University, Washington College of Law and her Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Political Science from the University of California, San Diego. Lindsey is a member of the California Bar.
