Connections will have over 500 sessions, so everyone can walk away with useful information. We recognize that people learn best in unique and different ways - discussions, hands-on experience, listening, amongst many other ways. That is why, at Connections, we are providing a variety of types of sessions so that you can choose your own adventure.

 

Main Keynotes

We will have two main Keynotes at Connections - one from Salesforce where we will showcase amazing customer success stories and offer a sneak peek at upcoming technologies. We will also have a headliner keynote, so stay tuned for when we announce who it is. Any guesses?

 

Product Keynotes

These are 40-minute sessions where our product teams will show you stories and demos on how our customers are transforming the way they connect with their customers. These will include Salesforce for Commerce, Salesforce for Marketing, and Salesforce for Service.

 

Product & Industry Super Sessions

Don't miss out on these 30-minute sessions where our Product and Industry teams will bring the latest updates and highlight customer success stories.

Our industries being represented include retail, consumer goods, financial services, healthcare & life sciences, and manufacturing. Jump on our product announcements from the following: Sales Cloud, Lightning Platform, Success Cloud, Integration Cloud, and GDPR. We will also have an Equality Summit with amazing and inspirational speakers!

 

Breakouts

Breakout sessions are 30-minute sessions where you can go deep on products, industries, and solutions. We have an amazing line up of speakers from Salesforce, our Partners, and our Customers. Breakouts kickoff at noon on Tuesday.

 

Theaters

Right in the center of the Customer Success Expo, you can find 20-minute sessions, where you can hear customer success stories, tips and tricks, and what you need to get started. We will have five theaters at Connections with content from our Developer and Admin teams plus Partners, Customers, and Salesforce Product leaders.

 

Circles of Success

Circles of Success are our roundtable discussions that are focused on problem solving and networking. They are organized by topic and lead by a facilitator who helps the 10 seated at the table to work together to solve common challenges. We are going big with over 40 Circles at Connections so make sure you check one out!

 

HOTs

Hands-on Training, lovingly called HOTs, are where you get to go super deep on our technology. These sessions are lead by instructors from our Trailhead Academy and are hand selected to offer the most popular and impactful topics.

 

Thought Leadership

These are a series of topical and interesting sessions where you will hear from leaders from Global Ad Agencies, Global SIs, and Salesforce on a variety of topics from the Trust Revolution to How AI will be Impacting the Future of Marketing.
