Jennifer Wong
Jennifer Wong is the President and COO of Aritzia, an innovative design house and women’s fashion retailer. She has executive oversight of human resources, finance, information technology, legal, supply chain, employee experience, communications, and loss prevention. Ms. Wong embodies Aritzia’s culture, championing our business and leadership philosophies. She served as an executive sponsor to several successful strategic initiatives, most notably, the launch of Aritzia’s eCommerce business (2012), implementation of an enterprise resource planning system (2008), distribution centre relocation (2008) and Aritzia’s U.S. expansion (2007). Prior to her current role, Ms. Wong was named Aritzia’s Chief Operating Officer in 2007 where she created and led the executive committee as its chair. Ms. Wong began her tenure at Aritzia in 1987 as a part-time sales associate. She was recognized as one of Canada’s Top 40 Under 40 (2008). Ms. Wong earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of British Columbia. Aritzia has 80 locations in select cities across North America, including Vancouver, Toronto, Montreal, San Francisco, Chicago and New York, in addition to its online boutique, aritzia.com.
