She spent the last eight years in customer success, managing a team responsible for a portfolio of retailer and consumer goods companies, including L'Oreal, Shiseido, Tapestry, Tom Ford, and more. Prior to joining Salesforce, Adriana provided editorial and audience-building strategies to National Geographic, USA Today, and the Meredith Corporation.
