Ron Pereira is senior director of product marketing for Salesforce Customer 360, the platform capability that empowers Salesforce customers to unify their customer experience by making Service, Marketing, and Commerce work together more seamlessly.
Ron joined Salesforce in 2016 in the Marketing Cloud, where he translated the value of Salesforce Marketing Cloud to Retailers and Consumer Goods marketers.
Prior to joining Salesforce, Ron oversaw the development, marketing and implementation of products in customer data analytics, digital marketing, and online games. He has a BS from Santa Clara University and an MBA from the Haas School of Business, UC Berkeley.
