Registration for the XChange conference is now open! The event, led by our newest cloud, the Commerce Cloud, will take place at the Aria Las Vegas May 16-18.  

This year’s event marks Demandware’s first customer conference as Salesforce Commerce Cloud. So we are eager to share our vision for unified commerce with our amazing community of customers, partners, and employees. The conference is designed to facilitate and encourage a free-flowing exchange of ideas, and inspires attendees to take steps that have an immediate impact on their business, and the customers whose journeys they steward.

The event highlights how retailers can engage with customers in a whole new way, and showcases the benefits of Salesforce for Retail, including Commerce Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Service Cloud, and Sales Cloud. Indeed, attendees can look forward to “cross-cloud” breakout sessions which focus on leveraging a single platform to streamline the entire customer journey, from discovery to conversion to service, advocacy, and more.

We’ll take deep dives into Commerce Cloud Einstein, and how leading retailers are leveraging predictive intelligence to drive sales with personalized offers and promotions. Other business tracks will focus on faster innovation, organizational transformation, strategies for unified commerce powered by the Salesforce Customer Success Platform, and empowering store associates.

Technical tracks, geared toward developers and architects, will showcase recent Commerce Cloud Digital innovations, as well as Einstein, Commerce Cloud Store, and order management.

Now in their fourth year, the Commerce Cloud Pacesetter Awards honor excellence in commerce and recognize the innovative work our clients do throughout the year to accelerate growth and meet the ever-increasing demands of today’s connected consumer. Winners in three categories will be recognized, and will present their achievements during a special session at XChange.

Finally, no XChange would be complete without top-tier guest speakers and evening entertainment. Previous events included performances by the Barenaked Ladies and the Neon Trees, and talks with Malcolm Gladwell, Billy Bean, and an NFL MVP.
