Get ready, Orlando. Salesforce is making a house call at HIMSS 2017! From February 19-23, Salesforce will be in Florida for HIMSS, the annual conference that brings together health IT professionals, clinicians, and executives from around the world.
We’re going to HIMSS because Salesforce has a story to share that no one else in health IT can match. We’re sharing how we reimagined the world’s #1 CRM for healthcare.
Frankly, that’s a story healthcare needs to hear. CRM is an untapped resource in the industry. Unlike most other industries that have had sophisticated systems managing customer relationships for many years, healthcare is yet to realize the transformational power of this technology. They’ve yet to realize how CRM can solve challenges surrounding disconnected care and other industry complexities that compromise effective collaboration, efficient processes, and patient experience.
At Salesforce, over the past 18 years, we’ve worked with customers across sectors who want to shift away from impersonal records and account numbers towards personal relationships and experiences. We’ve seen how organizing technology around customers, clients, members, and patients has the power to improve outcomes and business. And, that’s what CRM helps you do: understand the person behind the patient on the road to achieving meaningful clinical and administrative outcomes.
This is the story we’re bringing to the 40,000+ HIMSS attendees, to start conversations with providers and partners, executives and EHR vendors, practitioners and policymakers. Over the five days, we’ll have something for everyone.
1. Basecamp for Healthcare Innovation: For our partners, customers, and others who want to help usher a new era of patient experience and organizational agility in healthcare, we’ll be featuring our customers’ success live on the show floor. Visit us at booth #2675 for hands-on demos of the latest Salesforce solutions for healthcare.
Then, continue the discussion in the Trailblazer Theater inside booth #2675 to hear from customers and leading-edge partners throughout the day on topics ranging from contact centers to patient education, and evidenced based care plans to revenue cycle management solutions. Visit our website for the complete schedule.
2. View from the Top: For those interested in how CRM can enable value-based care, network building, and innovation for efficiency and better outcomes, be sure to attend the View from the Top session, “Welcome to the Age of the Patient: Transform Patient Relationships with CRM,” on Wednesday, February 22, at 8:30 a.m. in the Chapin Theater. That’s where I will be hosting a conversation about the potential of CRM with senior executives from Cancer Treatment Centers of America and CareCentrix, and health IT expert John Halamka, MD, MS.
Later on Wednesday, I’ll also be discussing industry trends at, “Healthcare Consumerism: Understand the Person Behind the Patient,” at 11:30 a.m in room W204A. I’ll be joined by executives from Easter Seals Bay Area and SBH Health System to share best practices for creating personalized patient experiences and more effective engagement.
3. Solution Station: For those attendees interested in learning how Salesforce can transform your organization, you can personalize the conference experience by scheduling a meeting with Salesforce at booth #2675 or in the HX360 Innovation Zone. Our experts will be on hand to learn about your specific business challenges and work with you to identify the right solutions.
4. Let Loose: And for those attendees who are ready to celebrate HIMSS in style, join us for the conference’s best party! We’re featuring a private concert on Tuesday night with a special musical guest. Find out who’s playing and request an invitation to the party everyone will be talking about.
