Business software review site G2 Crowd just released its Summer 2015 evaluation of email marketing software providers, based on user reviews. We are happy to announce that Salesforce Marketing Cloud again earned the top position as a Leader. Salesforce Marketing Cloud had the highest customer satisfaction and largest market presence, ranking it above the competition.

We truly appreciate the feedback we get from our customers, in fact, over the past several months, our development teams have released dozens of new features based on requests from customers, and we have many more in the works.

Our recent email improvements included the ability to edit links post-send, to manage headers and footers in the UI, to clear triggered send queues, and improved error messaging. These are just a few examples of customer driven enhancements.

According to the latest G2 Crowd report, "Since the Winter 2015 Grid℠Report, new reviewers continue to laud Salesforce Marketing Cloud's easy navigation, personalizable features, and a quick-to-assist customer support team vested in users' success." In addition, 87% of users rated our products 4 or 5 stars and 90% of our users believe we are headed in the right direction.
