Nicole Taylor

Nicole Taylor brings more than 16 years of development, design, and implementation experience to her role as Product Manager for the Services IT CRM program at Dell. Being in love with simplification her whole life, Nicole’s passion for optimizing the end user experience is contagious. She believes all innovative products should be guided by business strategy and technical capabilities, while rooted in user empathy and delight. Prior to joining Dell, Nicole managed Marketing and UX teams at a higher ed software firm where she led concurrent initiatives to rebrand the company and redesign its flagship application in the launch of a fully WCAG compliant solution for colleges and universities. Her most notable achievement at Dell includes leading the UX team in the redesign of Dell’s global CRM on the Salesforce Lightning platform. Nicole is now focused on strategic development and future growth of the CRM program.
