Eddie Cliff is a Senior Product Manager for Service Cloud, focused on our industry leading Social Customer Service solution. Eddie has been working with some of the world's largest brands on social media since 2010, after joining Buddy Media in NYC. In 2012 Eddie helped open Buddy Media's office in Singapore, covering all of Asia Pacific and Japan. After Buddy Media was acquired by Salesforce, Eddie relocated to Sydney, Australia to focus on social media strategy with the Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
