We recognize our 10+ year customers – we call them our Koa Club – every day with access to a thriving community featuring exclusive content, perks, and offers. At Dreamforce, we’re rolling out the red carpet for these customers with a special reception and exclusive sessions. I even get to moderate a Fireside Chat with Co-Founder of Salesforce Parker Harris, and President, Customer Success, Brian Millham. Plus we’re hosting the customer celebration of the year at a rooftop patio featuring a surprise entertainment act. From awards to celebrations, we are excited to share tips and celebrate the customers who have grown and transformed their businesses for more than 10 years.

 

4. Blaze your trail with Success Cloud across the campus

 

While the Success Lodge is our customer success home base, there are opportunities for Trailblazers to learn and be inspired throughout all of Dreamforce. Learn best practices, tips & tricks, and how to transform your business, with our Campground sessions. Attend Circles of Success sessions to participate in expert-facilitated small group discussions where you can learn from your peers. If you’re looking for adoption and Platform workshops, theater sessions, and 1:1 consultations, head over to to Lightning Rapids.
