It’s Day 2 of Dreamforce ‘17, and as the day progressed, a few key themes emerged around intelligence and innovation. There’s no shortage of insights, observations, and experiences being shared. Here’s a recap of our favorite moments from the day — and it’s not over yet! Grab your coffees and your coats, because Dreamfest starts at 7:00pm. Get ready to head to AT&T park for an unforgettable night under the stars.

1. AI is for every business

AI took center stage on quite a few stages today during day two of Dreamforce ‘17. At the "Salesforce Einstein: Blaze New Trails with AI" keynote, we dove deeper into new Einstein-powered features that will allow companies to create intelligent experiences. We also learned more about myEinstein, first announced on Day 1 of Dreamforce during Marc Benioff’s opening keynote, which enables developers of all skill levels to build and customize AI apps using clicks, not code. Later, at the "Future of AI Expert Panel" moderated by Fortune’s Adam Lashinsky, AI experts Suchi Saria, Richard Socher, and Peter Norvig discussed the state of AI and how it’s transforming the future of business. The panel explained how AI has become good at taking hard tasks, and figuring out a sequence of moves to achieve a goal, and how that’s applicable to businesses today. As Norvig summed up, “In order to deploy AI, you need to have a mindset that data is valuable, and that [you] want to do something with it.”

2. Teach your AI to speak to humans, not vice versa

Today, tech startup i.am+ introduced a new platform that is ushering in the next evolution of voice and computer interaction. CEO of i.am+, Will.i.am (yes, that Will.i.am of the Black Eyed Peas) announced Omega, a new AI-based digital assistant designed to power customer service chatbots. Omega aims to deliver both natural and engaging user experiences for enterprise companies.

3. We can reshape the world, together

During the Fortune CEO series, Pattie Sellers (Executive Director of Fortune MPW Summits and Live Content, Time Inc.) asked four CEOs of disruptive start-ups how they’re leveraging the latest technology to fuel rapid growth, and reshape the business landscape. Check out a few of their key takeaways:

4. Practice your pitches — you never know when you'll need it

Back by popular demand, the Dreampitch returned to Dreamforce with a new set of innovative startups (built on the Salesforce platform) pitching their vision to our panel of all-star judges. Dreampitch judges Chris Sacca, Shahrzad Rafati, will.i.am, and Guy Oseary listened thoughtfully as Retrolux, Loop & Tie, and Meta SaaS made their cases for taking home the grand prize. But only one startup could walk away with the $250,000 investment from Salesforce Ventures: Congratulations, Loop & Tie!
