XChange is Salesforce Commerce Cloud's biggest event of the year, and it's less than one month away! It is two days of unequaled education, networking, inspiration, innovation and fun, featuring some of the world's biggest brands.

We are constantly evolving Commerce Cloud Digital, our core ecommerce product, with features and capabilities designed to enable retailers and brands to connect with their customers in a whole new way. We will share details of future enhancements for Commerce Cloud Digital, as well as what’s in store for mobile, artificial intelligence powered by Einstein, order management, Commerce Cloud Store, exciting new partnerships, and much more.

3. Breakout sessions are co-led by your peers

One of the main reasons you come to XChange is to connect with your peers and gain insights to apply innovative solutions to common challenges. Our breakout sessions have always been co-led by retailers, and that will continue this year with brands including Vince Camuto, ECCO, Taylor Made, Lancome, Sonos, and Black Diamond leading discussions. This year we will continue with our Business User Meet-Up, open, interactive workshops facilitated by our subject matter experts. New this this year is Circles of Success, roundtables designed by and for retailers. In fact, we polled our customers on the most pressing topics, and designed these roundtables around them. The discussions will actually be facilitated and led by your peers in the retail community.

In addition to our fourth annual Commerce Pacesetter Awards, which recognize a retail trailblazer in each of three categories: Innovation, Sustained Growth, and Fast Track, XChange keynotes will be peppered with inspiring stories from retailers who have delivering innovation, delivered from the retailers themselves.

5. We always have amazing entertainment and speakers

What would a Salesforce event be without top-shelf parties, entertainment and speakers?
