We honor excellence in commerce (online and off) and recognize the innovative work our customers do throughout the year to accelerate their own growth and inspire their peers to do the same, all while meeting the ever-increasing demands of today’s connected consumer. We are thrilled to announce the Finalists for the 2017 Commerce Pacesetter Awards:
Fast Track recognizes customers who leverage the agility of Commerce Cloud to achieve fast time to market, launching one or more ecommerce sites or other major initiatives with speed and efficiency.
The finalists in this category are:
Birkenstock Digital GmbH – Founded in late 2015 to manage the digitization and global ecommerce activities of BIRKENSTOCK. Birkenstock digital launched new online stores in 20 countries, in eight languages, in 9 months. Online sales increased by factor ten compared to previous ecommerce activities; mobile commerce accounts for 41%.
Boohoo – The online-only UK-based fashion retailer that bills itself as “24/7 fashion at its best” launched six sites in just eight weeks.
Sonos – The creator of the leading whole-home sound system relaunched four sites in 16 languages to support local markets in just six months, resulting in conversion lift across Sonos.com
Sustained Growth recognizes customers who have achieved above average growth in their industry by leveraging Commerce Cloud for a period of at least two years.
The finalists in this category are:
Aritzia – The Vancouver-based retailer opened for business online in 2013, and has grown by double digits ever since to $65 million, or 12% of net revenue, in 2016. The company is forecasting continued strong online growth, to 25% of net revenue by 2021.
Pier 1 Imports – According to the home furnishings company, the Pier1.com business has experienced continued strong growth.
Wolverine Worldwide – The multi-brand company has seen annual double digit growth in its online business since launching on Commerce Cloud in 2014. Mobile commerce, in particular, is a key growth driver, representing more than 50% of traffic and nearly a quarter of sales.
Innovation recognizes clients who have leveraged Commerce Cloud to develop engaging shopping experiences that inspire and delight their customers.
The finalists in this category are:
BESTSELLER – This fashion company has leveraged Commerce Cloud to unify the shopping experience across all 17 of its brands, across all devices and regions. Innovations include single basket checkout and mobile-first strategy.
Boggi Milano – The men’s Italian clothier, with 135 stores in 29 countries, has taken an “omni-channel first” approach to retailing, with click and collect, reserve online and try on in store, and 1-hour shipping. Boggi empowered 50 of its stores with omni-channel capability in two months.
vineyard vines – the lifestyle brand is leveraging all Commerce Cloud capabilities – digital commerce, store POS, Predictive Intelligence, OMS, and Marketing Cloud to deliver a unified shopping experience.
