10. Marc Benioff’s keynote on customer success: Marc shared his vision for a new kind of customer success, which included the unveiling of three key pillars to help drive it: Salesforce Lightning, the IoT Cloud, and Salesforce IQ.  

11. Stevie Wonder’s performance: The superstar performer set the stage for Marc’s much-anticipated keynote with performances of “Superstitious,” “Signed, Sealed, Delivered,” and “You are the Sunshine of My Life.”

12. Cancer treatment, revolutionized: Dr. Laura Esserman, M.D., M.B.A. of University of California San Francisco, joined Marc on stage during his keynote to share how her team is using Salesforce to deliver precision medicine and transform the way we screen for breast cancer and consequently, save lives.

13. Dreamfest: Attendees rocked out at Pier 70 to The Foo Fighters, The Killers, and Gary Clark, Jr. But even more impressive than the musical lineup was the cause it supported; the concert raised more than $10 million for the UCSF Benioff Children’s Hospital.

14. Women’s Innovation Summit: An entire day was devoted to showcasing the powerful women and men championing workplace equality. At one panel discussion, Gayle King — O Magazine Editor at Large and Emmy-award winning journalist — moderated a candid chat with Jessica Alba, Founder of The Honest Company and Susan Wojcicki, CEO of YouTube, about their personal journeys. 15. The Golden State Warriors on Strength in Numbers: Straight off the Warriors’ 2015 NBA championship title, General Manager Bob Myers and President and CEO Rick Welts shared the team’s strategies for building a championship culture, citing organization-wide teamwork, smart personnel decisions, innovation, risk taking, and strong character as major contributors. 16. Uber’s CEO on uberification: Many of the 170,000 Dreamforce attendees used Uber to get around San Francisco during Dreamforce, so CEO Travis Kalanick’s fireside chat with Marc Benioff was a big draw.  Travis shared his vision for the company, which is to be reliable transportation for everywhere, for everyone, and to build and sustain an employee culture of people who want to invent, create, and make a difference.
