While the biggest football game in the country was getting ready to go down, we were getting ready to give back — in the most rocking way imaginable! With our partnership with national nonprofit, Little Kids Rock, we raised over $100k to support music education in schools across the country. That’s 6,000 students who will be provided with the powerful, life-changing experience of learning to play music in the classroom.
To celebrate Little Kids Rock, we put together an exclusive pre-party with American Idol finalist, Paul McDonald. It was a rocking performance that got the crowd pumped with covers of “Enter Sandman,” “Sweet Child O’ Mine,” and more. The magic and excitement that these student performers put into their songs was spectacular to watch. Bouncing off of one another’s rock n’ roll energy, McDonald and the students put on a show of energy, fun, and excitement — all things we value at Salesforce.
While students may be the ones holding the guitars and drum sticks, we can’t forget all of the hard work teachers put in to fueling music education. As a thank you, we gave 1000 tickets to The Night Before to some very deserving San Francisco school employees.

Before closing out their set, Salesforce was inducted into the Little Kids Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. What an amazing honor!
We want to give a big thank you to everyone who believes in the power of rock n’ roll and giving back. But this song’s not over yet! Keep supporting the wonder that music education provides students — support Little Kids Rock!
