Earlier this Summer, we put out a call for submissions to the first annual Marketing Cloud Surfboard Awards. Today, we’re excited to recognize 12 of our top customers for their digital marketing success and innovations.

Why the Surfboard?

Salesforce CEO Marc Benioff and the entire Salesforce community holds Hawaii and its culture close to heart. Our employees receive commemorative surfboards in celebration of milestone years working at the company. By naming these awards the Surfboard Awards, we believe we’re sharing a bit of our culture with our customers. Ultimately, we wouldn’t be here without them.

Papa John's: Mobile Mavericks — This award is given to the brand with the most innovative use of mobile marketing to drive business objectives.

Juniper Network: Best Overall Social Program — This award recognizes the most impactful use of social to proactively engage with customers and monitor brand awareness and sentiment.

TripIt from Concur: The Megaphone Award — This award is given to the brand with the most innovative ad program, amplifying marketing efforts and driving conversions and revenue.

Berkshire Hathaway Travel Protection: Any Journey is Possible — This award recognizes creative, out-of-the-box marketing journeys that enable businesses to collaborate across departments in new and unique ways.

Live Nation: Integrated Customer Experience Award — This award recognizes businesses building a single view of the customer across sales, service and marketing to deliver a seamless, exceptional customer experience.
