Having your sales, service, and marketing organizations work together creates a 360-degree view of the customer. At Dreamforce, we bring these organizations together, with our core products: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and ExactTarget Marketing Cloud. Here’s how you can come experience them at Dreamforce:

1. Real-Time Campground Involvement

The Product Campground is your one-stop shop for deep dives on every Salesforce product. And as always, the Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud will be front and center, so you’ll have plenty of opportunities to learn.

Service Cloud

Call center

For the fourth year in a row, Gartner has named Service Cloud as the #1 customer service app, and in the Dreamforce Campground you’ll see why. At the center of the Campground will be a live Customer Engagement Center providing real-time support for all Dreamforce attendees. With help embedded into the Dreamforce mobile app, attendees will be able to access multi-channel support across email, phone, chat, social, and communities. The Campground will also highlight our complete solution suite with deep dive demos led by product experts, as well as an SOS Kiosk, where attendees will be able to live video chat with Salesforce support agents.

No time to make it back to Moscone in between sessions? The new Service Hub at the Westin St. Francis will include areas to network, SOS kiosks, additional demo areas, Circles of Success—and, of course, great opportunities to network in a VIP Lounge and meeting area.

Sales Cloud

The Sales Cloud will be front and center in the Product Campground. Check out four life-sized devices playing real time demos. In theater sessions, you’ll be given alternative ways to explore the mobile experience, and even jump on the back of a Zero Motorcycle to see how awesome you look. You’ll see demos on how to generate more leads, grow your pipeline, increase productivity and gain business insights. We’ll get into all of these in our demos and at our brand new “Mobile Bar” where you can ask specialists all your questions.

And, Sales Cloud will have their own hub as well: The Sell Hub will also include their buddies from Work.com, Pardot, Data.com and RelateIQ. There will of course be demos and networking, and additionally, interactive games and a chance to get to know Zero Motorcycles up close and personal.

ExactTarget Marketing Cloud

Want to win an all-expenses paid trip for two with Boraairfare to Bora Bora? Well, you'd better get over to the ExactTarget Marketing Cloud area in the Product Campground! We’re showing off our technology and giving you the chance to take the “Journey of a Lifetime.” Just take a selfie in our campground, our Marketing Zone and in the Product Keynote, then look for direction on how to text your selfie into our short code and register to win the trip. Beyond the giveaways, look for Journey Builder and Social Customer Care demos.

3. Sessions You Can’t Miss

There is a huge breadth of sales, service and Postdf planmarketing-dedicated sessions, with sessions for specific industries, experience levels, and company sizes within each track.  With over 1,450 total sessions, there will be more Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud sessions than ever before.

ExactTarget Marketing Cloud

This year we have over 80 Marketing Cloud dedicated breakout sessions. Content within these sessions has evolved from previous Dreamforce conferences with the evolution of our products. This year, we’ll continue our strong focus on thought leadership and also moving beyond social. The focus will be on the brand new Journey Builder, looking at email, mobile and web, and how all of these areas of marketing can generate real results and increased ROI.

Sales Cloud

The Sales Cloud has over 190 dedicated sessions. As always, look for both thought leadership and practical hands-on sessions. While the “True to the Core” Sales Cloud sessions are always possible, you will also find many of the 190+ sessions will include our other products. We’ll have sessions focused on Pardot, Work.com, Data.com, and the newly acquired RelateIQ. There will be introductions, road maps, and focus on total integration into Salesforce.

Service Cloud

Join us for the 80+ Service Cloud sessions this year. Customers demand to immediate service, and many sessions will enable you to have faster customer service across all channels.  Thought leaders including Michael Maoz from Gartner, Kate Legget from Forrester, and CEB will lead sessions, as well as top customers such as Cisco, Intuit, and Thomson Reuters as well as partners including Accenture, Deloitte, and PwC.  Along with these sessions there will still be true to the core sessions, roadmap sessions, product and mobile sessions – and this year look for additional cross product sessions focusing on the crossover between Service Cloud and the Marketing and Sales Clouds.
