Dreamforce is quickly approaching! With a little over two weeks to go before the largest cloud computing event of the year, it's time to start preparing yourself.
I am a resident of San Francisco, a Salesforce employee, and a three-year Dreamforce veteran (counting this year), yet I still manage to not properly prepare for this goliath of an event.
To tune all of you newbies onto the right wavelength, put yourself in the mindset that you will most likely be arriving at the Moscone Center at the break of dawn, and probably not get back to your hotel until late in the evening. Now, think of the attire you will be wearing that will hold you to a professional standard yet still manage to stay together at the Green Day concert or Cloud Crawl. I know what you're thinking and I couldn't agree more: There is simply nothing like Dreamforce.
That is why the Dreamforce customer service team, notable veterans, as well as myself, have taken the liberty of putting together a quick list of key items you need to know in order to properly prepare for Dreamforce 2013:
