Vice President, Solution Engineering, EMEA
Carl is responsible for Salesforce’s Solution Engineering team in EMEA (Europe, Middle East, and Africa). He leads a group of product and technical consultants who assist customers during their evaluation of new software to support their business’ success. These evaluations range from departmental projects – improving marketing, sales, or service performance, through to wholesale buskiness transformation.
He and his team are responsible for translating customers’ requirements into tangible working prototypes and demonstrations, and proving the business value of the proposed solution.
An eleven year veteran of Salesforce, Carl has been part of the team that helped customers across EMEA take advantage of Cloud Computing to improve their business, and to convert exciting tech trends such as; Mobile, Social, Connected Devices into real business value.
