Today, Salesforce Tower Indianapolis officially opened the doors to the new "Ohana Floor" at the top of the tower — the tallest building in Indiana!

Last year, when we opened Salesforce Tower Indianapolis the building joined our named towers located across the world, in San Francisco, New York, and London. Like our other towers, Salesforce Tower Indianapolis is designed with our Ohana design standards, which showcase residential features including expansive social lounges (kitchen spaces), flexible workstations, mindfulness zones, parent's rooms for nursing parents, and a wide range of seating options.

Here at Salesforce, we like to look at our real estate as more than just office buildings. They are tangible expressions of our culture and values. And one of those core values is equality — as we like to put it: "Salesforce is committed to equality for all". We support equal rights, equal opportunity, equal pay, and equal education.

Equality plays an integral role in all our Ohana Floors, as these floors are open to all of our Ohana: our employees, customers, partners, and members of the community. So instead of dedicating this sought after, top-of-the-tower space for executive offices, we've designed the Ohana Floor as a fully-open and flexible hospitality and event space, offering sweeping 360-degree views of the entire Indy skyline, a barista-run cafe, an IT "Techforce" bar, and more.

During the day, the Ohana Floor is used to host employees, customers, partners, and other guests, and on weeknights and weekends, we open the doors to nonprofits and educational groups for their use for free, when available.

To celebrate, we kicked off the day with a press conference led by Salesforce leaders, Mayor Joe Hogsett, and Governor Holcomb. Other special guests joined us, including our inaugural Pathfinder class, our first workforce development program designed to address the skills gap by providing participants from diverse backgrounds the technical and business training they need to obtain jobs in the Salesforce ecosystem.

As our largest hub outside our San Francisco headquarters, Indianapolis is a strategic market for us to continue to tap into world-class, diverse talent to support our incredible customer base in the region.

And guess what else, Indy? We're hiring! Find your #dreamjob by visiting salesforce.com/careers
