A lot can happen in 30 days. You can change jobs, travel to a new country, meet great friends, and create a home away from home. For our Futureforce Success Grads, these first 30 days at Salesforce included all of the above.
Don't take our word for it, see for yourself why each day at Salesforce is an exciting one for our grads.
Linda Tenho
Associate Business Analyst, Success Graduate
Throughout the first 30 days, we have been able to learn more about Salesforce as a company, business and product through various different learning methods ranging from attending social Futureforce events to deep diving into Trailhead modules. We have been able to learn locally from senior professionals, managers and peers from our own diverse geographical hubs, as well as travel internationally to both the Dublin and San Francisco offices for two knowledge intensive, but extremely fun weeks of training and networking. I am honored to see how the employees of the company, all the way from the senior levels, are dedicating their time and efforts to welcome us to the Salesforce Ohana. It is exciting to know that the 30 days here have been only a tip of the iceberg, and there are many great experiences ahead.

Associate Solution Engineer, Success Graduate
My first 30 days at Salesforce have been filled not only with learning what all the various acronyms mean, or figuring out which floor has the best bagels; I’ve also learned what it means to be part of an Ohana. Whether it’s protecting the environment by cleaning up litter around Dublin’s canals, becoming allies with members of different Ohana employee resource groups, or even just shadowing members of my Solutions Engineering team as they work to ensure our customers’ success, I’ve learned first-hand that partnering and supporting all aspects of our Ohana is a very real and important part of the company culture. If my first month is anything to go by, it’s going to be an amazing experience working here to improve the state of the world.

Associate Technical Consultant, Success Graduate
No two days at Salesforce are the same. In my first month here, I worked on a project with people from five different countries, co-created a video that will be shared throughout Europe, went plastic fishing in the Amsterdam canals as part of Salesforce's volunteering efforts, attended a five-day classroom session to become a Certified Administrator, challenged a Senior Vice President to a ping-pong match in a Dublin bar, and admired San Francisco's beautiful skyline from the 43rd floor of one of our offices there. In the process, I've worked with some of the smartest people I've ever met and made new friends for life.
