Dreamforce starts in a mere 12 days, you say? There's no better way to get ready than to grab the Salesforce Events app and familiarize yourself with this year's updates to make your on-site Dreamforce experience better than ever. We've improved the app with new tools to help you on the go at Dreamforce. Here are 5 new things to check out:
Quest is a 5 stop journey curated by your role. It's the best way to experience Dreamforce and do some good along the way. To see your 5 stops and view your status, just tap Now and then scroll down to Quest. Tap each stop to learn how to complete the stop. When your Quest is complete, you'll unlock a $50 donation for equality through education and jobs. You'll also earn a prize you can pick up at the Quest Prize Center in Jesse Square.
Einstein has made this the smartest Dreamforce ever. We debuted Einstein recommendations during Agenda Builder but we haven't stopped there. Einstein factors in the choices you made in Agenda Builder and even the sessions you attend at this year's Dreamforce to give you nightly updates to your recommended list. Tap Now then scroll down to Your Einstein Recommendations for the details.
The Dreamforce campus is big, and we've got an all-new interactive campus map to help you get around. From the Now or My Agenda views you can tap the map icon (top left) to explore the campus. We have three high-level views plus views of each floor plan including session content for rooms or sponsor profiles for booths. This awesome new indoor mapping technology, powered by our friends at MapAnything, is guaranteed to make your Dreamforce experience smoother.
We're sure you've done plenty of agenda building before you arrive at Dreamforce. Now we've got a great tool for you to use on-site too, in the mobile app My Agenda view. Just tap Add a Session and you'll see a filtered list of sessions for that time slot, making it easier than ever to fill in your agenda for specific windows at the event.
Have you seen a tantalizing session at the Hilton Union Square but you wonder how you'll make it? Never fear! The Dreamforce Shuttle Tracker, powered by MapAnything, is the tool for you. Use the app to see shuttles roaming our campus during the day with an Uber-esque live view and you'll be navigating the campus like a seasoned pro. Download the app for iOS or Android.
It's year 3 of our events app being built by Salesforce, on Salesforce, and its filled with awesome tools to help you have a great Dreamforce. If you find yourself needing help, you can tap More > Event Help for a complete suite of support tools, powered by Service Cloud. Knowledge articles, chat, cases, and even SOS with a live agent at your disposal to provide support when needed.
