The four-day event, hosted by TM Forum—the communications industry’s global standards body—is the epicenter for the open exchange of ideas and practical advice in navigating the changing digital ecosystems where communications service providers (CSPs) serve their customers.

The winners will be awarded with cash awards from TM Forum and will have an opportunity to get insights from Salesforce ISV Alliances Management that would help them in bringing their idea to life on Salesforce AppExchange.
Predictive Customer Journey Catalyst — Salesforce’s proof-of-concept project to show how to bridge the customer experience gap between digital and retail channels, predict and recommend customer engagements, and personalize customer experiences based on data science.
