This has been a great couple of months for Community Cloud, with a positive review from Gartner following closely on the heels of recognition from Forrester.

Gartner noted a few advantages enjoyed by Salesforce Community Cloud customers. One is our cloud delivery model that includes a development platform and fully integrated business applications. Together they allow customers to create and deploy portals quickly, and enable end users to manage content and integrate it into the community.

A key strength is also our integration across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud. And our new e-commerce capabilities were mentioned as one reason that Community Cloud is an excellent choice for customer-facing use cases.
