This past week we spent some time in our team meeting talking about how to use Chatter effectively.

The flow of the presentation is to talk about the different reasons why people use chatter and then lead a discussion on how to use chatter effectively. We wrap up by reviewing examples from inside the app. You might also want to pick a product demo from the Chatter YouTube Channel to bring it all together.   

 

One comment I'm anticipating is, what are the answers to questions 1-15? Well when we went through the excersise it was good to get people discussing their perspective vs. presenting a right answer.
