When I log into Salesforce every morning, the first thing I do is check out what’s new in my Chatter feed. However, I find myself looking up the same key groups and topics, like my team’s private group and #topics for products or accounts I’m working on. You can imagine my delight when I found the new Chatter favorites feature which shows me updates for these groups and topics with one click, right from the Chatter tab.
