Andrew Lawson

Andrew is Executive Vice President and General Manager for the UKI. Andrew joined Salesforce in July 2013 and has held roles leading both UKI and EMEA teams over the past five years. As General Manager, he is responsible for leading the company's growth and business strategy in the UK. 

Since joining Salesforce, Andrew has led the company to achieve 2nd Best Place to Work in the UK Great Places to Work ranking and the 5th Best UK Employer in the Glassdoor rankings, among many other awards. Andrew has also been recognised for his work to promote equaity in the tech industry, ranking in the top 30 in Management Today’s Agents of Change power list (2017 & 2018) and 7th in the FT HERoes list of male champions of women in business. 

Andrew is passionate about developing the next generation of talent for the Technology Industry. He is the executive sponsor of Salesforce's support for School 21, a 4-18 school based in Stratford.
