Today, the most important thing a business can do to connect with their customers and employees is to provide valuable digital experiences. It is that last mile of personalized, design-centered, data-driven interaction where the customer engages with your brand and product and falls in love with it.
Delivering great experiences is hard. There’s often a huge gap between what your customers and employees want and what you assume they want. Also, the talent that needs to build these experiences is scarce - especially when what you need is to masterfully weave together multiple technologies across new channels that are beyond just mobile and web. Voice, bots, wearables, and AR/VR are the new channels that your users are on.
This year, Gartner’s first-ever Magic Quadrant for Multiexperience Development Platforms report *looks at companies that provide the right set of tools and services to build apps for every experience - mobile, web, AR/VR, voice, bots, progressive web apps. Salesforce has been named a leader by Gartner in this report.
We’ve shared the power of our platform for multi-experience development highlighting these three benefits:
Low code: you can build multi-experience interactions declaratively, and extend with code if needed
Connected experiences: you can use a variety of platform services, AI, and Mulesoft to create well-connected experiences
Powered by Customer Data: Customer 360 is at the heart of everything at Salesforce and powers every experience
But what excites us the most is the recognition we get from our customers. This October, Salesforce received a Gartner Peer Insights Customers’ Choice for Multiexperience Development Platforms. This happened on Gartner’s portal where thousands of customers come in and rate different products. There are many great reviews on the Peer Insights page, but I thought I’d share with you one of my favorites:
We can’t wait to share more of what we are adding to our platform. One way to see all the new capabilities is to tune in to our keynote. Bookmark now. And thank you for being a valued customer.
