At Salesforce, Equality is a core value. We believe that businesses can be powerful platforms for social change and that our higher purpose is to drive Equality for all. This Dreamforce, you will see Equality come to life in many ways, including with our 2018 Equality Summit sponsored by Deloitte Digital. But that’s not the only way you can get involved. Our Employee resource groups — or Ohana Groups as we call them, citing the Hawaiian concept of family — are employee-led organizations centered around common life experiences or backgrounds that work to drive equality in our workplace and communities. Every year at Dreamforce our Ohana groups bring together their greater communities, their allies, and Equality trailblazers to celebrate their unique cultures and give back to create change. Here’s how you can join them.

All Week

Abilityforce Ambassadors

Abilityforce, Salesforce’s Ohana Group for people with disabilities and their allies, will be available near information booths in Moscone West and South, throughout the Dreamforce campus to provide support, answer questions, and help folks navigate to their destination.

Earthforce Green Angels

During the lunch hours of Dreamforce, our Earthforce employee volunteers will help you best use San Francisco’s composting and recycling system.

Monday

More than 1,200 attendees will hear from top women leaders including Geisha Williams, CEO of PG&E; Sylvia Acevedo, CEO of the Girl Scouts of the USA; and Amy Weaver, President, Legal & General Counsel at Salesforce. You can engage in thoughtful table discussions and network with Salesforce customers, partners, employees and other leaders.
