Today Government Cloud users have new AppExchange filters to find more ready-to-use apps faster. In this article, you’ll learn which re-integrated apps on the AppExchange work with Salesforce Government Cloud and find out what apps are FedRAMP authorized.
These new filters for AppExchange make it even easier for businesses and organizations to search and find the right applications to extend the functionality of Salesforce within Government Cloud.
The Salesforce Government Cloud is a FedRAMP-authorized (since May 2014) portion of Salesforce’s multi-tenant community cloud infrastructure, specifically for use by U.S federal, state, and local government customers, U.S. government contractors, and Federally Funded Research and Development Centers (FFRDCs).
The Government Cloud filter provides applications that have been validated to work with the Government Cloud. In addition, the FedRAMP Authorized filter returns applications that not only work with Government Cloud, but also have been issued a “FedRAMP Authority to Operate” by a U.S. Federal Government sponsor.
DocuSign for Salesforce
DocuSign is one of the leading e-signature solutions that is part of the Salesforce ecosystem and is FedRAMP authorized. DocuSign’s System of Agreement Platforms enables government agencies to prepare, sign, en-act, and manage agreements like grants, applications, and contracts to improve productivity and offer faster citizen services.
eSignLive™ for Salesforce
OneSpan (formerly eSignLive by VASCO) has been helping all levels of government move to paperless signing since 1997. As the first e-signature solution granted FedRAMP ATO, OneSpan Sign features include workflow automation, reusable templates, mobile and offline signing, transaction management and comprehensive audit trails. The solution also meets the government’s stringent authentication requirements with out-of-the-box support for signing with government-issued Common Access Cards (CAC), PIV smart cards and derived credentials.
Nintex Document Generation (formerly Drawloop)

Government and public service-specific filters can now be found in AppExchange to make it easier than ever for Government Cloud customers to find the right apps to make their Salesforce instance more effective for their organization.
The Salesforce Government Cloud information system and authorization boundary, is comprised of the Lightning Platform*, Sales, Service, Communities, Analytics, and Industry Solutions, as well as, the backend infrastructure (e.g., servers, network devices, databases, storage arrays) that support the operations of these products, referred to as the General Support System (GSS).
