Can you feel it? It's almost time for Connections, the customer engagement event of the year. It's no secret that Connections is massive. We pack a LOT into those three days in downtown Chicago. Navigating Connections can feel like a puzzle, but fear not! We're here to help with six essential tips for navigating the Connections campus:

Tip 2: Get to where you need to go

 

When it comes to transportation, most attendee hotels will have shuttle service to and from McCormick Place, where the event is taking place. Be sure to check the Connections shuttle schedule in your hotel lobby for specific route information and frequency, as it varies each day.

Note: Kimpton Allegro, The Drake, The Ritz-Carlton, and The Peninsula Chicago are not included on the hotel shuttle route. Shuttle pickup for the Virgin Hotel Chicago will be at the Hyatt Regency Chicago.

Tip 5: Know where to go for Parent's Rooms and gender-neutral bathrooms

 

In an effort to provide a welcoming environment for all Connections attendees, we have provided several dedicated Parent's Rooms locations and gender neutral bathrooms.

 

Parent's Rooms

The Parent's Room is a private space where lactating individuals are welcome to pump. Exact locations and hours are:

Wednesday, June 13 7:30 a.m.–5:00 p.m.

Thursday, June 14 8:00 a.m.–3:00 p.m.

 

Gender Neutral Bathrooms

Gender neutral restrooms are located throughout McCormick Place West. A gender-neutral restroom is located at Wintrust Arena, behind the main stage. Attendees will have access to this gender-neutral bathroom during The Party at Connections.

 

Tip 6: Coat Check, First Aid, Lost & Found, and Accessibility

 

Be super prepared! Know where you can check your coat, where you should go if you're not feeling well, and where to go if you lose something!
