Dreamforce is many things- the learning event of the year, a family reunion, a music festival- but it’s also the world’s largest nonprofit technology conference with more than 3,000 nonprofit attendees. For those who venture to San Francisco to partake in the festivities, it’s an opportunity to get inspired about how technology can propel your mission so you can expand your impact.

Dreamforce is the perfect setting to learn from your peers and get inspired about how you can engage your constituents as you take them on a journey with your organization. With organizations such as Year Up in the Sales Cloud keynote to the Gates Foundation in the Community Cloud keynote, nonprofit users both large and small are going to be sharing their innovation all over campus right alongside some of the largest companies in the world.

Find Your Space

In the Salesforce.org lodge, the gathering place for all nonprofit and education attendees, you can experience the nonprofit conference within a conference at our lodge dedicated to our community. The lodge is in the Westin St Francis Hotel - the same great space as last year.

Kick Your Week Off Strong

We’ll start the week with a keynote from Salesforce.org’s CEO, Rob Acker, that’s sure to inspire you and get you thinking about how you can start driving real transformation at your organization. He’ll also be sharing an exciting announcement about how we are innovating through collaboration with a new nonprofit partner that you won’t want to miss. Be sure to catch the Nonprofit Kickoff later that afternoon to dive into impact, engagement, and intelligence. You’ll hear what Project Lead the Way is doing with Salesforce for engagement, program management and analytics to bring STEM education into public schools.

Learn and Engage

When it comes to sessions, there’s really something for everyone. You’ll hear from your nonprofit peers about how they’re using Salesforce. Our product team will also share what exciting things are coming up on our roadmap and what you can expect as you continue to innovate. The theater will be showing demos all week you can learn about best practices in tracking impact, increasing engagement and using intelligence to drive your community forward. In addition to exciting technology sessions, this year we’ve added an amazing thought leadership program throughout the week covering hot topics like the UN Sustainable Development Goals, leading with impact and equality.

Find Customer Success

There’s so much going on in the lodge beyond great content. You can talk with partners across our growing ecosystem and schedule a one-on-one session with our customer success team to address your specific challenges. Trailhead will have a big presence across campus, and you can dive into it in the lodge, completing trails and learning how the tool can be utilized by your organization. Of course, there will be chances to earn some swag and network with other community members all week.

Don't Forget Fun

Lastly, Dreamforce is a time for fun. The concert benefitting UCSF Benioff Children's’ Hospitals happens Tuesday night and the Salesforce.org reception will take place Wednesday evening. There are also plenty of opportunities throughout the week to kick back on the Dreampark, take a selfie with Astro and connect with the broader Ohana. And don’t forget to make time to give back!  We’ll have some exciting volunteer opportunities lead by the Girl Scouts of the USA.

We look forward to seeing you at Dreamforce 2017!
