Start your day with our main keynote, led by Salesforce co-founders Marc Benioff and Parker Harris. Learn more about the Year of Einstein and be the first to hear our big announcements.

Building a Better World Series
New at the Salesforce World Tour Washington, D.C.: We're partnering with the World Economic Forum to bring you Building a Better World, a unique series of three streaming sessions that highlight trends in how our world is changing and features discussions on how we can adapt and succeed in this new framework.

Equal Pay Trailblazers: 1:00 p.m. EDT
April 4, 2017 is Equal Pay Day. This date symbolizes how far into the year women must work to earn what men earned the previous year. On average, a woman earns 80 cents for every dollar a man makes. To commemorate this date, Salesforce Chairman and CEO, Marc Benioff will host a conversation with equal pay pioneers that have dedicated their lives to closing the gender wage gap. Opening introductions by Saadia Zahidi, Head of Education, Gender, and Work at the World Economic Forum. Panelists include: Billie Jean King, humanitarian and sports icon, Patricia Arquette, Academy Award-winning Actress, and namesake of the Ledbetter Fair Pay Restoration act and equal pay activist, Lilly Ledbetter. This panel will discuss closing the gender wage gap and highlight how these leaders have personally championed the fight for equality.

AI and the Future of Business: 1:50 p.m. EDT
Artificial Intelligence is the next great technology disruption - already transforming how we make decisions and interact as consumers. Now, AI is beginning to invade the workplace, changing the workforce landscape, employee productivity and ultimately the customer experience. How will you prepare for the intelligent workplace? Join moderator Alexis Sobel Fitts, Editor at Backchannel, as she discusses the big questions around AI with panelists John Frémont, AI Go-to-Market Lead for North America, Accenture; Michael Chui, Partner, McKinsey Global Institute; and Sarah Aerni, Data Scientist at Salesforce.

Preparing a 21st Century Workforce: 2:40 p.m. EDT
Today, we are facing a unique challenge. The booming technology industry presents vast job opportunities, but without the access to education and training needed to succeed in these future jobs, many risk being left behind. While experts estimate computing jobs will more than double by 2020, underrepresented minorities earn only 11% of engineering degrees and women earn only 17% of computer and information sciences degrees. How can we prepare the next generation with the training and skills needed to succeed in the jobs of tomorrow? Join moderator Stephanie Ruhle, Anchor, “MSNBC Live” and Correspondent, NBC News, as she discusses these topics with panelists The Honorable Suzan DelBene, Member of Congress (D-WA-1); Christopher Liddell, Assistant to the President, The White House; Daniel Villao, Deputy Administrator, Apprenticeship USA, U.S. Department of Labor; and Jay Banfield, Chief Officer of Innovation & Scale and Managing Director, California, Year Up.

Fireside chat with Christine Lagarde: 3:30pm EDT

Join Salesforce CEO Marc Benioff in conversation with Christine Lagarde, Managing Director of the International Monetary Fund, as they discuss gender equality and the social and economic benefits of empowering women around the world.
