1. Opening keynote with Marc Benioff and special guests

1-3pm, Moscone North Hall D

Kick off the day with this keynote with chairman and CEO of Salesforce Marc Benioff. It’s impossible not to be inspired by the incredible customer stories, and Benioff’s vision for the future of Salesforce and the future of businesses around the world.

2. Financial Services Keynote: Getting Smarter in the Age of the Customer

9-10am, Moscone West Keynote Room, lvl 3

Listen to Jeff Dailey, CEO of Farmers Insurance and Cathy Bessant, COO and CTO at Bank of America talk about how Salesforce is helping their companies bridge the crack in traditional business models to personalize their relationships with customers at scale. This keynote also features demos of the reinvented Salesforce Financial Services Cloud.

3. Fireside chat with Melinda Gates and Robin Roberts

5-6pm, Moscone North Hall D

Don’t miss this intimate fireside conversation with Melinda Gates, co-chair of the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, and Robin Roberts, anchor of ABC’s Good Morning America. Topics to be covered include increasing diversity in tech and how to meaningfully give back to the community.

4. Rock out with U2 at Dreamfest

Cloud Palace, 7-10pm

Wrap up the night at the U2 benefit concert at Dreamfest for UCSF Children’s Hospitals! It’s sure to be a rockin’ night of dancing, singing, and doing good.
