Customers are at the heart of everything we do at Salesforce. We love hearing how they are running their business from anywhere using the Customer Success Platform. We recently ran the #Salesforce1SmartMove contest as a way to surface our customers’ great ideas and also reward them. To enter, Salesforce1 users tweeted images of their Smart Move and eight people won amazing prizes over the eight weeks. Overall, we had almost 300 submissions.

Now, it’s time to give away the grand prize. The big kahuna. A Smart Car. Smart Cars embody the core values of Salesforce mobile: Flexible, nimble, and fast! We could not be happier to give a car to one of our top customers!

Sales deals live and die based upon speed. The Salesforce1 Mobile App lets you view deals and approve quotes from anywhere. Salesforce user @fi2009 uses Salesforce1 to quickly view quotes and process an approval from anywhere. Did you know in the Summer ‘16 release, you can even approve from an Apple Watch?

 

 

Map Your Sales Route

Smartphones have quickly replaced printed out MapQuest directions and Garmins as the GPS of choice for most users. A tremendous amount of value is unlocked when you layer Salesforce CRM data on top of an interactive map, especially for the traveling salesman. @KathleenEOLeary uses Salesfore1 to plan her day and map every sales meeting with step by step directions and a rich customer profile when she arrives. Track Your Employees Time

The Salesforce1 Mobile App helps every employee work smarter and faster. @aliwaheed80 created a time tracking application so any employee can log a time card right inside of Salesforce1. This help track projects, deliverables and time off, plus is available on any device.
