Many people are familiar with the name NTT Group and know us as one of the world’s largest IT and telecom companies. But one of the reasons we’re here at Dreamforce for the second time in a row as a Titanium sponsor is to help spread the word that we’re also a global cloud services provider with one of the largest teams in the world. In fact, we’re one of the few companies that can offer the full stack and full lifecycle of cloud services.

The attendees who come to Dreamforce are looking for innovative ways to improve their business using Salesforce, and the conference tends to attract a high level of CIOs and business leaders looking to transform their enterprises from the ground up to become more competitive.

We find when engaging these executives that they most often have multiple parallel IT initiatives they’re looking to execute. For example, last year at Dreamforce, we met a CIO whose company was planning to spin off a business and was looking for a partner to help split their Salesforce org and re-implement Salesforce; however, the first priority was to complete an Oracle upgrade and separate the data centers before embarking on their Salesforce initiatives. NTT Group was able to help them perform the upgrade, the data center split, and implement Salesforce Communities and create additional custom solutions on the Salesforce1 Platform.

We also find that attendees are looking for solutions focused around their particular industry, which is why we’re excited to be a part of the new Industry Innovation Showcase in Moscone South this year. We’ll have kiosks in the Automotive/Manufacturing, Financial Services/Insurance, and Public Sector industries, with a special presentation on our Automotive solutions in the mini-theatre.
