Analytics and dashboards have been implemented in the app, so workflows can be studied in real-time. Talent Plus’s annual ROI on the new system is a staggering 651%.

Now that employees can see the type of assignments that need to be completed, and volunteer for these tasks, more work is being accomplished in the same amount of time. The four associates who were previously responsible for assigning various duties have now been redeployed to client delivery activities.

Thanks to improved workflows supported in the new application, Talent Plus has reduced the time for major service delivery fulfillment by almost 60%. This new speed of service has also resulted in greater client satisfaction, not to mention faster billing.

Now that Talent Plus has integrated their original Salesforce tools, the new Force.com application, and their proprietary business system, account information is available to associates in a much more meaningful way. This has resulted in better business decision making.
