There are only a few days left till Dreamforce ’12. Take this quick quiz to see if you're a Dreamforce ninja or a Dreamforce novice. Once you find out your score, read below for some ninja-level tips.
Tip 1: Install the Dreamforce app
The Dreamforce app is your starting point for all things Dreamforce. Check out the latest conference news, find information on Dreamforce sessions, join groups and connect with other attendees via Dreamforce Chatter. Get the Dreamforce app now from the AppExchange.
A Dreamforce ninja never gets caught without power. Be sure to pack what you need to keep you smartphone, tablet and laptop going strong. You lose points for carrying you’re cables in a fanny pack. Hmmm…actually maybe you get extra points, this guy even has some tape; that could come in handy.
Being caught without a business card at Dreamforce is a total fail. But real Dreamforce ninja’s also have the apps handy that take that messy pile of cards and scan them directly into your phone for easy import back into Salesforce when you get home. It’s not a myth. Check out Scan Biz Cards.
You can't have Dreamforce swagger without the Salesforce swag. Dreamforce veterans are encouraged to break into the archives and pull out the vintage Dreamforce bags or tees.
It’s Dreamforce and you want to have a packed schedule. Plan your days so you are sure to get the right sessions and do not miss your chance to see Marc Benioff, Tony Robbins, Sir Richard Branson and more. There's so much to do it won't be hard to fill you calendar. Did we mention the Red Hot Chili Peppers?
There’s a lot of ground to cover at Dreamforce, but work at home doesn’t stop. With the right apps you can keep tabs on everything back home right from your tablet or smartphone. Check out the mobile apps on the AppExchange.
Be sure to get Salesforce Mobile Dashboards it's FREE and perfect for keeping tabs on your companies data and performance while you're at Dreamforce.
You’ve got three and a half days and to take in all of Dreamforce. Make the most of all these by being adequately caffeinated. Here is a peek at the caffeine preparedness plan of one of our Salesforce staffers (who shall remain anonymous).
*We don’t recommend large quantities of caffeine
