Sonny has been with Salesforce for eight and a half years. He focuses on helping banks and insurance companies find business solutions to support their objectives. He helps banks, insurers, and fintechs to digitise their operations for multichannel, high-touch interactions with their customers.
Before Salesforce, Sonny spent over 20 years involved in all things customer relationship management. These include project management, product development, and pre-sales.
