Simon is Executive Vice President for Salesforce’s EMEA Customer Success Group which includes accountability for delivering customer outcomes through our advisory, project services and Customer for Life teams. Prior to this, Simon was the Global Lead for Capgemini’s Digital Customer Experience (DCX); Mobile Solutions Service Line; established to accelerate the growth of the Group’s digital business and revenues.   Before that, Simon was Head of Digital Services in the UK; running the business development, delivery and service run of all Web, eCommerce and SaaS services.  Previously, Simon was CTO for the UK and Capgemini’s Aspire (HMRC Government) outsourcing account, delivering one of the public sector’s most complex and high-profile transformational outsourcing contracts. Simon joined Capgemini in 2007 from Vodafone, where as Head of Technology Business Management he was accountable for the planning and management of the capital programme and delivery of all business projects. Simon’s professional training was initially gained during a 15 year career as an officer in the Royal Navy; during this time he supported a number of major defence and technology programmes as well as leading Engineering Departments at sea. He holds a BEng in Electrical System Engineering from the Royal Naval Engineering College, a MSC from Cranfield University and a MBA from Henley Management College.  He is a Fellow of the British Computer Society.
