As President of Salesforce in Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA), Miguel Milano’s main goal is to help European organisations embrace the third wave of computing - known as the Internet of Customers - and to ensure that the company's strong focus on customer delight continues. He also works tirelessly to develop the brightest and most visionary employees in the market. Miguel is passionate about customer centricity and empowering employees.
Prior to joining Salesforce, Miguel was a member of the EMEA executive management team at Oracle, and was responsible for different lines of business. He was also Chairman of the Communications and Media Board. He has also worked for several other business-to-business technology companies including Mckinsey and Telefonica.
Miguel holds a BS and MSE in Electrical Engineering from the Catalonia Polytechnic University, and an MBA from Sloan School of Management at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT).
