Donald McLaughlin is Regional Vice President for Scotland at Salesforce, and has spent more than thirty years working within the global technology sector. He is a passionate believer in the importance of digital skills and currently chairs the Digital Skills Group in Scotland.
Prior to Salesforce, Donald spent seventeen years with Cisco with more than half of that time as Director & GM for Scotland. The earlier part of his sales career was spent at Siemens and Unisys.
Donald is strong advocate for the importance of employee wellbeing and is a certified mental health first aider. He relaxes by playing the piano and going on long walks in the beautiful Scottish countryside.
