Chris Wood is Director of Retail at Salesforce, leading a team that works with companies to help them digitally transform their customer experience. Chris joined Salesforce six years ago, having previously worked at Microsoft.

With over a decade of experience in the technology industry, Chris is particularly focused on the impact of technology on retail today. Chris holds a BA Hons degree in Business Management.
