We’re ready for four days of innovation, growth, learning, equality, giving back, and plain ol’ fun — and hope you are too. On November 19, Dreamforce ‘19 will kick off at the Moscone Convention Center in downtown San Francisco, CA.
With over 170,000 registered attendees, 2,700 sessions, 65 keynotes, countless volunteer events, parties, meditations, dancing mascots, and one of the most famous bands on the planet performing — there is a lot happening next week.
Consider this your one-stop-shop for everything you need to know heading into Dreamforce ‘19 — including preparing for your trip, navigating the campus, participating online, and other handy tips for a stand-out Dreamforce experience.
So, download your Salesforce Events app (on App Store or Google Play), read through this blog post, and let’s go!
Apart from seeing all our headliner speakers, Dreamforce ‘19 has lots to offer each day. Before you head to San Francisco, make sure to create a personalized schedule with Agenda Builder.
And if you need help filling your days with relevant sessions and experiences, we’ve got you covered with recommendations for sales, marketing, service, commerce, IT, and small business leaders. You can find more recommendations by business function, role, and theme here.
New to the Salesforce Events app this year are interactive maps to help navigate the campus easily. There’s a lot going on each day of Dreamforce, so the new map functionality lets you search locations, sessions, activities, and more. You can also zoom in to each floor or level within every venue to see how to get there and to pinpoint the exhibit or session you’re looking for once there.
Here are some especially interesting experiences that should make your “must-see” list this year:
In the heart of the Dreamforce Campground will be our first-ever Trailblazer Theater, a live experience happening all week to spotlight inspiring Trailblazers and their stories. Through presentations and short videos, these Trailblazers will share how they’re transforming their careers, companies, and industries. You will walk away with actionable tips and tricks to use in your everyday work.
Also new in the Campground is the Customer 360 Experience, an immersive area dedicated to bringing companies and customers together. Customer 360 is the breadth of Salesforce technology that unites all your departments around a single, shared view of the customer. Attendees will hear how major brands break down silos in their organizations and get a chance to build their own Customer 360 solution tailored to their role and business priority.
One of our favorites, the Equality Summit is a half-day of programming from today’s most influential equality Trailblazers. Join us for panel discussions on gender equality and representation in business, as well as an inspiring talk with US. women’s soccer team captain and recent 2019 Glamour Women of the Year Award winner Megan Rapinoe about equal pay.
This year, Tableau is coming to Dreamforce ‘19 in full force. Get to know how their leading analytics platform helps our customers unlock the power of their data at a number of sessions or at the Tableau Lodge, located at the Elan Venue across the street from Moscone West.
Located at the Hilton Union Square, the Trailhead Academy is where you soak up the atmosphere of learning that Dreamforce offers. Learn in-demand skills with Salesforce experts, earn resume-worthy credentials to supercharge your career, and connect to opportunities with other Trailblazers.
This year we expect over 200,000 mentions of Dreamforce across our social media channels (that’s a lot!), to keep up on the real-time updates while you’re onsite at Dreamforce or to follow along from home, make note of the following.
