A lot of magic goes into making Dreamforce the amazing conference it is. From a jungle in the middle of downtown San Francisco to world-class tech innovation to star-studded panels that aim to inspire, our entire team is dedicated to making Dreamforce a truly unique experience for all attendees.

And with Equality being one of our core values, it's been our priority (for years) to make all of our events around the world accessible to all, ensuring that everyone feels welcome.

That's why, in preparing for events like Dreamforce, we work closely with our employees, customers, and partners to identify the ever-changing needs of our diverse community. We don't always have all the answers. There's no secret sauce to what we do. In fact, we learn a little something new each day. However, one thing is certain: we are all tirelessly committed to making Dreamforce the most inclusive conference for all.

Here are just a few important ways equality and inclusion will come to life at Dreamforce '18:

  • A day of equality-focused programming at the Dreamforce Equality Summit, sponsored by Deloitte Digital
  • Gender pronoun stickers for all attendees to wear proudly (“he/him” and “she/her” for individuals who identify on the gender binary scale, “they/them” for individuals who identify as gender-fluid or non-binary, and an “ask me” option as well)

  • Gender-neutral restrooms available to respect everyone’s expression of gender identity
  • Dedicated parent’s rooms in various locations across campus
  • Volunteers from Abilityforce, Salesforce’s Ohana Group for people with disabilities and their allies, will be ready to support the accessibility needs of guests (see more!)

  • Accessible counters at registration to accommodate people in wheelchairs or electric scooters
  • Inclusive equipment, such as multiple microphone skin tone options for speakers
