The Enterprise CRM Suite award highlights Salesforce’s excellence and leadership across three major trends in today’s large enterprise market: a greater emphasis on analytics, workflow configurations and result-oriented outcomes.
The Midmarket CRM Suite recognizes Salesforce’s excellence in SMB solutions, particularly thanks to solutions like quote-to-cash software and SalesforceIQ. CRM Magazine also cites the advantage of the Salesforce AppExchange because of the “a la carte” purchasing model, which is appealing to customers in the midmarket category.
Salesforce led the way in Sales Force Automation (SFA) because of Sales Cloud Lighting’s comprehensive features and overall ease of use. Reviewers gave Salesforce the highest marks for functionality and direction.
The Marketing Solutions category called out Salesforce Marketing Cloud’s ongoing leadership in delivering customer satisfaction, paired with the product’s breadth of functionality and cost effectiveness.
