Salesforce has completed its acquisition of Coolan! We’re excited to officially join the Salesforce family.

Today, I’m thrilled to share the news that Coolan has signed a definitive agreement to be acquired by Salesforce. The team and I are excited to join the world’s #1 CRM company, once the transaction closes.

These last few years have been some of the most fulfilling of my career. Together with my brother and co-founder Yoni, we successfully launched a company that brought transparency to hardware operations. We hired a talented team of engineers who developed tools that empower our customers to track and analyze infrastructure reliability for increased uptime and optimized efficiency.

Building a startup is an awesome journey, and I’m incredibly proud of the work we’ve done. Once the transaction has closed, the Coolan team will help Salesforce optimize its infrastructure as it scales to support customer growth around the world. I will continue my work with the Open Compute Project (OCP) to further its mission of making hardware open, efficient and scalable.

A big thank you to our investors, advisors, customers and all the companies that were part of our beta program for their support. Yoni and I are excited to see what the next chapter brings.
