1999Many amazing milestones happened in 1999. The Mars Polar Lander launched. Michael Jordan retired from the NBA (only to return in 2001). Hip Hop artist Eminem released his first major record album. Perhaps to me, one of the most important milestones was the birth of salesforce.com in March of 1999.

A lot has changed since 1999, and in the spirit of the 15th anniversary of salesforce.com, we took a nostalgic look back at some commonly-used technologies from that special year. Hold onto your beepers, because we’re about to time travel.
